At the initiative from the client about the requirement we start our process of finding the best match. We check the available consultants in our company who will match the skills required. If we do not find then our staffing personnel will look for the available candidates in the market. They are pre-scanned over the phone about their priorities, work ethics, and professionalism. Then they are interviewed by our human resource personnel in person. Then the candidate will be tested for their technical skills through an oral or a written examination. Often the oral examination is conducted by our experienced consultants in that field. The recommendations are gathered from Staffing, Human Resource and Technical personnel and a decision will be made based on them
